Before entering car park 3, please press the call button at the barrier.

We want to ensure that the time you spend at our airport is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The Dresden Airport terminal is disabled-friendly. The entrance to the terminal is step-free, and all levels from the underground station to the visitor platform are accessible by lift. There are also disabled toilets and telephones in the terminal.

When you book your trip, please inform your travel agent that you will need disabled assistance at Dresden Airport. We will also take care of your luggage and assist you through passport control and customs.

If you have a blue EU disabled parking card (issued for people with reduced mobility and blind people only), the following applies:
In our multi-storey car park you will find designated disabled parking spaces for use by holders of a disabled parking card on level 3. Holders of a blue EU disabled parking card can use these parking spaces free of charge. There are other disabled parking spaces in the outdoor car park P3.

Recommendations for using a disabled parking space in the multi-storey car park or car park 3:

  • When entering the car park, please take a parking ticket at the entrance barrier.
  • Before entering car park 3, please press the call button at the barrier.
  • Park in one of the specially designated disabled parking spaces.
  • When leaving the airport, please report to the car park supervisor in the multi-storey car park. When you present your blue EU parking card and your parking ticket you will be given a free exit pass. Insert this in the ticket slot at the exit barrier as you leave.

If you are only visiting for a short time, please use the designated parking spaces in the drop-off and pick-up lane immediately outside the terminal. You can also use these spaces free of charge if you display your disabled parking card. Please display your blue EU parking card in a clearly visible place on your car dashboard.

These services are free of charge to you. If you should have any questions or require any further information, please call us on +49 (0)351 881-3360.
