There are children’s play areas on the Departures level of the terminal both before and after the security control area.
Dresden Airport provides mother-and-baby facilities in both the public and non-public areas on the Arrivals and Departures levels.
Buggies: When you have handed in your own buggy at the oversize baggage counter, and are in the area following the security controls, you can borrow a buggy free of charge to use while you are waiting to board your plane. You can use this buggy right up to the departure gate. You do not need to book it in advance. For more information, please ask at the check-in counter or the oversize baggage counter.

Children travelling unaccompanied are given special attention both by the airline staff and the service personnel at Dresden International Airport.
Your child must be six years or older to be allowed to fly unaccompanied. After checking in, parents hand their child over to the flight attendants who will look after him or her in the departure lounge, during the flight and on arrival at the destination airport.
At the destination airport, once your child has reclaimed his or her baggage he or she must be met by relatives or friends. The person(s) collecting the child must produce proof of their address and identity.
If you have any questions in advance or on arrival at the airport, please contact the airport information desk.
